Questions and Answers for RFQ W91QVP-24-Q-5014

1. What are the power requirements for the 25 (36’L x 18’W) tents? (e.g.

Computers? Fans?)

The only power needed for the tents will be to provide power for the string light sets that is also being requested.

2. Will the 26 (18'L x 25’W) tents need power for anything other than lighting? (e.g.

Computers? Fans?)

No, lighting is the only source that will require power from the generators.

3. Can you provide a layout of the tents?

See diagram below. Be sure to take into consideration where there will be duct/ portable AC units when planning placement of generators.

4. Can the power supply be shared amongst the tents or does each tent need independent power sources?

Power supply may be shared amongst other tents for lighting.

5. We understand that the generators must be fueled by JP-8 and the fuel will be provided by the government. Will we be responsible for topping up the fuel?

You will be responsible for the initial fill of fuel once the generators are initially setup.

After that, the government will be responsible for topping the generators off with fuel until the end of the performance period of the contract.
