1. Question: Explain what the qty of each column means on the pricing sheet.

Answer:

Each quantity listed in the quantity column is the estimated number per year of delivery, daily rental, service, surge service, urgent service or relocation as it pertains to the 10CY and 40 CY containers as listed in row 3.

For example (looking at the base year of CLIN 2), we are anticipating one hundred 40CY containers (listed in cell F6). Therefore, you would set what your value is per unit price in cell G5 for one 40CY container. The total will be calculated below for one hundred 40CY containers in cell G6.

So you are only applying a single price per item to go into each gray box and all the other values will be calculated for you based upon what the estimated quantity is for that year.

2. Question: Will the government please clarify if there is an incumbent providing service on this contract or is this level of effort a new need?

If there is an incumbent, can the government please provide the most recent contract award number & contract value?

Answer:

This is a new requirement.
