PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS)

FOR

GROUND MAINTENANCE SERVICE

IN CAMP CARROLL (WAEGWAN) AND A-PO (KIMCHEON)

1.0. General Information: This is non-personal service contract to provide Ground Maintenance Service in Camp Carroll and A-PO. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the Contractor’s performing the services herein.

1.1. Overview. The Contractor shall inspect, service, maintain, and landscape grounds in Camp Carroll (Waegwan) and A-PO (Kimcheon). The work shall include scheduling and performance of mowing and trimming of grass/weed /tree/bush/shrub; raking leaves and debris removal of areas; post policing and debris removal of areas. The Contractor shall provide all work necessary to maintain the grounds to the standards specified herein.

1.2. Background:

1.2.1. Area of work, identifying the service areas, is shown on drawings as described in the location map (Technical Exhibit (TE) 4).

1.2.1.1. The acreage identified in services under the contract is based on the data available at the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) (Grass Cut for Camp Carroll: 210 Acres, Perimeter Fence: 25.74 Acres, A-PO: 7 Acres, and Leaf Raking for Camp Carroll: 62.9 Acres, and Post Policing for Camp Carroll: 80 Acres). Therefore, a variance of up to plus or minus 5% in actual acres increase/decrease caused by unavailability of data at the time of solicitation shall not be cause for an equitable adjustment in the contract price for either the Government or the Contractor.

1.3.
