APPENDIX I-2: PUBLICATIONS/FORMS
1. PUBLICATIONS.
Publications applicable to this PWS are listed below. The contractor shall comply with the standards set in the publications and maintain the most current edition of each listed publication, including any Pacific Air Forces (PACAF), 7th Air Force (7 AF), and 51 Fighter Wing (51 FW) supplements to the basic publication. The publications may be found through the Internet; those that are not will be provided to the contractor at the start of the contract. It is the responsibility of the contractor to establish follow-on requirements, and to check for updates. Supplements or modifications to listed publications may be issued during the life of the contract. The contractor will implement those changes in publications, which result in a decrease, or no change in the contract price. Should a decrease in contract price result, the contractor shall provide a proposal for a reduction in the contract price to the contracting officer. Prior to implementing any such revision or modification that will result in an increase in contract price, the Contractor will submit to the Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) a price proposal and implement the change when the ACO and the Contractor agree on a final cost of the change. Said price proposal will be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date the contractor receives notice of the revision, supplement, or modification giving rise to the increase in cost of performance. Changes in the contract price due to supplements and modifications will be considered under the "Changes" clause. Failure of the contractor to submit a price proposal within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of any change will entitle the Government to performance in accordance with such change at no increase in contract price (unless the time requirement is waived by the contracting officer according to paragraph (c) of the Changes clause). It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure that all mandatory publications are posted and up-to-date. Upon completion of the contract, the contractor will return all USFK publications. The publication dates are current as of 6 Aug 2012 and are subject to change throughout the life of the contract.
