B. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
Q1) In case of the type of the vari-focal lens for the item 01 and 02, there are two type functions for the lens control such as motorized and manual. In both cases, which types Do the government need?
R1) IP camera equipped with motorized lenses is required which provides users with clear auto focused image. Also, the camera in the specification is required to come with motorized zoom lenses.
Focal Length (Zoom Ratio) 3.2 ~ 10mm (3.1x) motorized varifocal Focus Control Simple focus
Q2) There are no locally made products for item #08 (HDD) and #12 (KVM Switch). What should we do?
R2) This is LCS contract and contractor must not proposed offshore material when part, equipment, supply is available to meet the contractual specification IAW ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1 of RFP. If a component is not manufactured in South Korea, then these components must be purchased from a TAA compliant country and marked or labeled made in that TAA countries. TAA compliant countries can be located at: https://info.winvale.com/taa-compliant-countries-for-gsa
Q3) It says quotation will be provided in DD Form 1449.
Could you please see the attached file and let us know if it's the correct form?
b. Factor B. Price: Price schedule: Quotes must provide a price for each item quoted (DD form 1149 for price of each item)
R3) The offeror shall provide completed CLINs’ unit prices and total prices in DD form 1449 and Attachment -1. Offerors shall specify “Brand Name or Equal” in remarks of the Attachment-1. The Attachment-1 is revised to include “remarks”. The equal items shall provide with each item no. with specifications such as manufactures/model, minimum requirement in the proposal.
Q4) We request your assistance in verifying the manufacturer and model of No. 12, the KVM Switch, as indicated in Attachment-1, under the CCTV Equipment Minimum Requirements. We've noticed that the manufacturer and model for No. 12, KVM Switch, appear to be identical to those of No. 11, the Power Controller. This raises concerns about the accuracy of the manufacturer and model information.
R4) Refer to Answer #2, but historically this component has been purchased locally. Bottomline, the CCTV Minimum Requirement specifications must be met or above IAW RFP.
Q5) We refer to page 22 of the solicitation, specifically under "b. Factor B. Price: Price Schedule," where it states that quoters must provide a price for each item quoted, using the DD Form 1149 for the pricing of each item. We kindly request guidance on where we can locate the DD Form 1149 within the solicitation for W91QVN23R0159. If it is not included, could you please consider uploading the form to SAM so that we may submit our price proposal in accordance with the requirements?
R5) Please see R3.
Q6)
(1) According to the requirements of the RFP, the manufacturer/model/specifications was presented, and 411th asked to propose a Brand Name or Equal product, but we asked about the criteria for Brand Name or Equal. I would like to know whether it is for the entire brand presented or whether it is sufficient to propose a product that meets only some of the presented specifications.
R(1): Please see R3.
(2) I would like to know what kind of cable is connected to the cameras installed inside the elevator.
R(2): Existing coaxial cable (동축케이블) must be used for CCTV in elevators. As stated during the site visit, coordination must be made with the elevator maintenance contractor to authorize and assist with this connection of the elevator CCTV cameras.
(3) It is judged that the equipment configuration details are available through configuration, so we request that you provide a configuration diagram. If the configuration is not provided, the design is different depending on the designer, so it is possible to configure without using all the proposed equipment, and I would like to know if the uninstalled equipment can only be delivered.
R(3): The CCTV Component Cabinet (Rack) Design is outlined in Paragraph 2.6.3 of the Scope of Work (SOW) and CCTV camera placement designs are provided for all four barracks. The contractor shall perform IAW Statement of Work(SOW) of RFP.

R(4): All access will be coordinated through the COR for permanent and temporary access to the base and daily access to the work site. More details will only be discussed with the contractor that is awarded the contract.
(5) Please explain more about the criteria for judging Chinese products. I know that the CCTV industry in Korea is producing in close cooperation with China, such as manufacturing CCTV-related products, but I believe that the criteria for judgment should be clear.
R(5): An amendment will issue to answer.
(6) I heard that there will be QnA soon by email. So I would like to know how to check the QnA schedule and notice.
R(6): Please check SAM, Amendment-3 with solicitation numbr.
(7) Also, I would like to ask if the bidding deadline (5 September) could be changed depending on QnA schedule.

R7) Please see R3.
Q8) I would like to clarify the schedule period that is written by 6 months and 7months.
On the page 2, it is said that the whole period including installation and training is within 6 months.
However, it is said on the page 3 and 4, that of 7 months.
R8) It is 7 months.
Q9) 1) ATTACHMENT-1, ITEMS list indicates to purchase CCTV equipment, no.1 through no.18. Do I have to install the same manufacturer/model as listed or can it be a different manufacturer/model? For instance, no. 01: 01. Fixed IP IR Dome Camera’s (Indoor) manufacturer is listed as Hanhwa with model:
QND6082R. Do I have to install the equivalent Hanhwa, same model camera or different Korean manufacturer, model cameras?
R9) Please see R3.
Q10) 2) 2.6.1. Minimum standard requirements for the purchase of CCTV equipment: it states the minimum standard of the equipment. Or should I purchase and submit the price of each item 01-18 listed on the ATTACHMENT-1, ITEMS list including the two racks?
