Answers to Questions Below:
1. We maintain our systems in functioning condition with issues that arise daily. You would only need to make any repairs needed to demonstrate a functioning system before acceptance.
2. We do not anticipate any wire runs to be replaced, however, this is not a guarantee.
3. We only need maps delineating the areas watered by each zone. We are not requesting, pipe, wire, or sprinkler detail.
4. Valves are functioning. Our systems are of different ages so some are older than others.
5. No turf restoration is required.
6. This is an electrical upgrade contract. Any water supply components in need of replacement or repairs identified will be handled by ANC.
7. No extensions are anticipated and will be handled on a case by case basis.
8. All controllers will be placed in the footprints of the old controllers.
9. 60 days is the period for all deliverables. Acceptance will not be given without the completion of all deliverables.
10. No liquidated damages clause in the contract but system must be fully functional and tested in order to be accepted.
11. We have some as-builts, but do not guarantee 100% accuracy.
12. Per PWS 3.4 and 3.4.1 Site manager information is needed. Cost breakdown by labor category and equipment, to include equipment technical specs to be installed as required in the PWS is needed. Please submit any and all information to demonstrate a technically sound proposal.
