5. Reasons for Authority Cited: After an exhaustive search across known manufacturers and retailers, Suit X by Ottobock was the only vendor found that can provide TAA compliant products that meet the educational mission parameters.

7. Market Research: The Suit X exoskeleton is intended to give users experience of advanced soldier augmentation technologies. This exoskeleton will serve as a critical tool for evaluating the potential benefits of robotic assistance in increasing soldier endurance, strength, and overall operational effectiveness. Additionally, the exoskeleton will be instrumental in demonstrations allowing lab users to simulate its impact in various combat and logistical support situations.
