Carl-19-001 DES Fire Detection and Suppression System Maintenance PRS

TECHNICAL EXHIBIT 1

Performance Requirements Summary The contractor service requirements are summarized into performance objectives that relate directly to mission essential items. The performance threshold briefly describes the minimum acceptable levels of service required for each requirement. These thresholds are critical to mission success.

The contractor shall Perform quarterly, monthly, and semi-annual system testing The contractor will perform system performance checks, examination, calibration, and cleaning of all systems and component parts of the system. All systems will be adjusted and maintained at the highest attainable sensitivity and/or tolerance that will provide optimum performance and reliability without false or nuisance alarms. Optimum performance will be determined from the manufacturer’s stated specifications during testing the of equipment.

Periodic Physical verification and review of system logs.

Review of contractor provided record of the test submitted to the contracting officer of their representative and will reflect the date of the test, name(s) of persons completing the test, results of the test, and any action taken in the event of malfunctions.

Stop work order issued.

# 2 The contractor will perform preventative maintenance The contractor will perform system performance checks, examination, calibration, and cleaning of all systems and component parts of the system. Corrective maintenance includes all parts and materials needed to repair equipment to individual manufactures equipment specifications.

#4 Contractor Manpower reporting. Para 5.3

Contractor reports estimated direct labor hours and direct labor dollars paid for reporting periods. Contractor reports total payments for the reporting period.

100% inspection. Each order shall have CMRA input by the contractor.
100% of delivery order payment will be with held until input is entered by the contractor.

The following listing provides various types of Surveillance as examples to select from and should not be included on the final document:

Random Sampling: Appropriate for frequently recurring tasks. Evaluate randomly selected samples of the lot to determine the acceptability of the entire lot.

Random Inspection Guide, Method of surveillance, Lot size, Sample size, Performance requirement, Sampling procedure, Inspection procedure 100 Percent Inspection: Appropriate for tasks that occur infrequently. Inspect and evaluate performance each time task is performed Periodic Surveillance: Evaluation of samples selected on other than 100% or statistically random basis. (i.e., monthly, quarterly, semi-annually etc.)

Validated Customer Complaint: Complaints must be validated.
