2. What, specifically, is the GFR and what other equipment will be required?
If GFR means Government Furnished Resources, that is answered under the paragraph for GFE in the Performance Work Statement. Other equipment requirements of the contractor to execute the contract include computer system w/CAC and internet enabled.

5. If the Faculty Instructors are teaching SRC (CLIN 1012), should there not be a CLIN for the graduate seminars as well? May we offer an unsolicited bid in our proposal to present a graduate seminar during SRC?
The Graduate Seminar is currently covered by existing contracts. Unsolicited bids will not be considered for award on this requirement.
6. Paragraph 1.6.13 Contractor Travel: “The Contractor shall be authorized travel expenses . . . consistent with the . . . JTR.” Is there a designated amount for this CLIN as there was for past RFPs?
