About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for the West Desert Test Center (WDTC) Mission Support Services (MSS) requirement. The U.S. Army is conducting market research to gather information about vendors' capabilities to provide non-personal services in support of developmental and operational testing at WDTC.
The RFI includes 10 detailed questions for vendors to respond to, covering topics such as small business capabilities, past performance, technical skills, project management, facility security clearances, and overall risk and interest in competing for the requirement. Vendors are also encouraged to provide optional capability statements or information papers up to 5 pages. The Government will host an Industry Day event on May 29-30, 2024 for vendors to tour the WDTC facilities. Responses to the RFI and any optional documents are due by June 7, 2024. The anticipated contract type is a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity with a 2-month phase-in period followed by a 10-month base period and seven 12-month option periods.
