About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation providing the government's responses to contractor questions regarding Solicitation Number W91QEX-20-R-0002 for Counternarcotics Assessment Services in support of Joint Interagency Task Force - South. The contractor shall examine how USSOUTHCOM could more optimally allocate its counternarcotic resources in the interests of US National Security. The government responded that the requirement is performance-based and the contractor determines team composition and level of effort. The government declined extension requests to the proposal due date. Only past performance from the prime contractor is required.
