SUMMARY OF CHANGES
SECTION SF 1449 - CONTINUATION SHEET
The following have been modified:
DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT
This amendment is issued to reflect the following:
1. The following questions were submitted:
Question: Can you tell me who the incumbent is and the amount awarded?
Answer: The incumbent is CBS, Inc. and the total amount awarded was $99,910.00.
Question: There is a discrepancy between the “Printer_serial_numbers” document and the Performance of Work section in the solicitation. By my count there are 62 4550CI machines listed, with no C5300s in the attachment. Can you let me know which number is accurate?
Answer: An updated list of the current printer inventory with serial numbers can be found attached in the updated Performance Work Statement (PWS) in this Amendment (0002). Disregard the original “Printer_serial_numbers” document. There are 38 4550CI machines and 19 4551CI machines in the fleet.
There are currently NO C5300s in the attachment. See updates to the (PWS) in Amendment 0002 for the location of the remaining equipment.
Question: The solicitation calls for PM visits every month. This is not standard practice, from our experience for printers. Are the PMs necessary?
Answer: Yes. The Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG) requires monthly visits from a PM.
Question: Is the contract available for viewing?
Answer: The current contract number is W91CRB-18-P-0070. It is a one year, firm fixed price contract.
There is one CLIN (unit of issue: 1 LOT) for service and one CLIN for contractor manpower reporting.
This solicitation encompasses the same work requirements as the current contract, the only change is the amount of printers being serviced. For a full copy of the contract, you must submit a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to samantha.l.hannah2.civ@mail.mil no later than 6 August 2019 at 3:00 PM EST. Please note: it is imperative that you submit a request by the stated deadline because FOIA permits 20 working days for a response. However, Army Regulation 25-55 requires initial response to the requestor within 10 working days.
Question: Is there a service history available?
Answer: No. The AWG does not keep a record of the service history.
Question: Is all the equipment up and running?
Answer: As of 1 August 2019, 6 are disconnected and in storage. That number fluctuates based on need for the equipment.
