PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT
1. SCOPE. This Performance Work Statement (PWS) specifies the requirements and deliverables for the government is to establish a contract vehicle to enable to the Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG) to attain maintenance and service support for 66 Kyocera copiers and printers owned by the AWG.
2. EQUIPMENT/MAINTENANCE: The contractor shall furnish non-personal services to perform maintenance of the following equipment:
41 Kyocera 4550ci Multifunctional Printers 16 Kyocera 4551ci Multifunctional Printers 9 Kyocera C5300 DN Desktop Printers
Maintenance shall be billed on a monthly basis under this purchase order for multiple machines.
The contractor shall provide maintenance support from servicing locations no more than
45 miles from the equipment installation location of the equipment.
The contractor shall schedule monthly preventative maintenance calls to ensure the highest availability of equipment.
The contracted servicing dealer personnel shall respond to service calls during normal working hours (7 :30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. EST), Monday thru Friday, excluding Government holidays, except as noted above.
A technician shall arrive within four (4) business hours of the initial service call.
Any defect in software or equipment shall be remedied within forty-eight (48) hours, excluding holidays, of the initial service request.
If the reported defect(s) remain unresolved for a period of forty-eight (48) hours or more, the contractor shall provide a comparable loaner copier at no charge.
The contracted servicing dealer shall have sufficient management and qualified dedicated technicians to service the systems. The contracted servicing dealer shall have sufficient Kyocera stock of parts on hand to provide prompt support of equipment and stay within required maintenance/fix timelines.
The contracted servicing dealer shall maintain a minimum of one (1) employee with minimum certifications of CDIA+, Microsoft Systems Administrator and be DocuAudit Certified.
On or about the same day of each month, the contracted servicing dealer shall insure that each copier is furnished with sufficient consumable supplies, (excluding paper), to produce a volume of copies equal to that stated as the upper limit of the volume for that particular copier.
Supplies to include toner and toner waste bottles from contracted servicing dealer shall be delivered between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. EST., Monday through Friday (excluding Federal holidays) directly to the system location.
The contracted servicing dealer shall have an inventory of parts and consumable supplies in quantities sufficient to service the resulting contract.
The contracted servicing dealer shall have an inventory system and delivery system for the parts and consumable supplies.
Technicians are REQUIRED to hold API Technologies NETGARD MFD Certificate to complete installations and maintain the CAC reader assembly for Scan to email capabilities.
3. PERFORMANCE LOCATION.

4. SECURITY Due to the sensitive nature of equipment and data present in particular areas, we understand the Kyocera Servicing Dealer personnel will be obligated to obtain and maintain special badges for all personnel associated with the contract. As a minimum, such conformance may require all on-site personnel to be subjected to the following: (1) verification of U.S.
citizenship, (2) completion of Personal Information Sheet, (3) interview, (4) local record checks (available personnel, base or military police, medical and security records) conducted, (5) local public agency inquiry, and (6) National Agency Check (NAC) to determine trustworthiness.
Escort will be provided as required in sensitive work areas.
5. ANTI-TERRORISM/OPERATION SECURITY: Anti-Terrorism (AT) Level I Training: All contractor employees, to include subcontractor employees, requiring access to Army installations, facilities and controlled access areas shall complete AT Level I awareness training within 90 calendar days after contract start date or effective date of incorporation of this requirement into the contract, whichever is applicable. The contractor shall submit certificates of completion for each affected contractor employee and subcontractor employee, to the COR or to the contracting officer, if a COR is not assigned, within 30 calendar days after completion of training by all employees and subcontractor personnel. 6. CONTRACTOR MANPOWER REPORTING: The Contractor shall report all contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract for the U.S. Army Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG) via a secure data collection site. The Contractor is required to completely fill in all required data fields using the following web address: http://www.ecmra.mil/, and then click on “Department of the Army CMRA” or the icon of the DOD organization that is receiving or benefitting from the contracted services.
Reporting inputs will be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each government fiscal year (FY), which runs October 1 through September 30. While inputs may be reported any time during the FY, all data shall be reported no later than October 31 of each calendar year, beginning with 2017.
