A mandatory pre-delivery reconnaissance visit is required between May 12-15, 2026, to be coordinated with MAJ Trevor Ducey (614-336-4548). Site access is available 24/7, though specific delivery hours will be determined by the project manager no later than 30 days before delivery begins. Vendors must follow stringent security procedures, including advance notice of 24 hours with personnel names, last four of social security numbers, vehicle information, and estimated arrival/departure times. All personnel must maintain proper identification at all times, and escorts for non-military personnel may be required. Questions regarding specifications should be directed to MAJ Trevor Ducey. The work must be performed in compliance with government safety regulations and policies.

SCOPE OF WORK

1192nd EN CO. Camp Garfield AT26 Project

LOCATION:

OHIO NATIONAL GUARD ARMORY

8451 State Route 5, Ravenna, OH 44266

SECTION 01001 - STATEMENT OF WORK

SW-1 SCOPE

The Aggregate Vendor shall provide and deliver 1435 tons of #304 crushed gravel (ODOT specification), 120 tons of #57 gravel (ODOT specification), 825 tons of 2” aggregate fill (#2’s), and 785 tons of 3/4” (minus) aggregate fill to Camp Garfield Joint Training Center, located at 8451 State Route 5, Ravenna, OH 44266 that has MULPTIPLE delivery sites on the installation. The Aggregate Vendor shall furnish all labor and equipment to perform all work in accordance with this statement of work. Work accomplished will meet or exceed the specifications designated in this SOW.

SW-2 SITE OF WORK

Site of Work is located at Camp Garfield Joint Training Center, which is located at 8451 State Route 5, Ravenna, Ohio 44266. Exact location of dumping area can be referenced below. A pre-delivery reconnaissance visit is REQUIRED to ensure timely delivery of material. This meeting should be scheduled between 12-15MAY26. Request date through MAJ Trevor Ducey, the contracting representative. Vendors are allowed / authorized to provide signage at each dump site for their deliveries.

SW-3 WORK TO BE ACCOMPLISHED

The work to be accomplished includes, but is not limited to the following:

1. Delivery of 1435 tons of #304 crushed gravel above location(s) per the below maps.

2. Delivery of 120 tons of #57 crushed gravel above location(s) per the below maps.

3. Delivery of 825 tons of 2” aggregate fill (#2’s) gravel to the above location(s) per the map below.

4. Delivery of 785 tons of 3/4" (-) aggregate fill to the above location location(s) per the map below.

5. Dumping the gravel at a designated location adjacent to the work site.

SW-3a DELIVERY TIMELINE

1. Delivery requested starting at 0800 on 20MAY26 with final delivery by 31MAY26. If more time is required for delivery, coordination needs to be made direct with MAJ Trevor Ducey 614-336-4548.

SW-4 SITE WORK ENTRY PROCESS.

Regarding security procedures and access on to the armory property, the gravel vendor must coordinate with 1SG Brian Persing 330-984-8130 or CW2 Grant Stoner 614-336-6580. Site access is available 24/7; however delivery hours will be dictated by project manager NLT (30) before start of delivery.

1. Entrance onto the site must be requested 24 hours in advance. The following information must be prepared before contacting:

A. Names of person(s) who will be arriving.

B. Last four of social security# of each of the person(s).

C. Type of vehicle(s) and licenses numbers of the vehicle(s).

D. Type of vehicle(s).

E. Name of company.

F. Estimated date and time of arrival.

G. Nature of business.

H. Location(s) for which access is needed.

I. Estimated date and time of departure.

2. Proper Identification of all persons entering is required. Identification must include items such as driver’s license, state identification, etc. Identification must include the last four of social security number(s). The exact names and company they represent must be reported prior to arrival to the site. Any Person(s) that arrive that where not submitted in advanced will be turned away.

Note: All vehicles will be inspected before arrival and these steps and procedures may change at any time. After entry into site, each person must maintain passes and identification on their person, and facility passes must always be attached and visible on each person. Escort of all non-military personal may be required. Your cooperation in any security, and safety requirements is appreciated. If required to vacate site or asked to follow security instructions due to a developed threat, please be patient in our efforts.

Delivery must be performed in a safe manner and in accordance with government regulations and policies.
