About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) Amendment of Solicitation for catered meals for the Ohio Army National Guard, amending solicitation W9136425QA032. The amendment modifies the evaluation criteria for a meal service contract in Columbus, Ohio, covering the period from April 28 to May 20, 2025. Key technical requirements include that the meal preparation establishment must be within 25 miles of the performance location, possess a current Ohio Department of Health Food Service License, and have a recent health inspection certification without critical violations.
The solicitation evaluates offers based on three equally weighted factors: Technical (Acceptable/Unacceptable), Past Performance (Acceptable/Neutral/Unacceptable), and Price. Offerors must submit a Meal Acknowledgment Form demonstrating compliance with specific meal component requirements from the Performance Work Statement. The government intends to award without discussions, with potential communication to clarify quotes. The contract is set aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) in NAICS code 722320, requiring approximately 2,240 meals to be delivered at specific times with multiple food components and potential vegetarian options.
