About this file

This document contains a sources sought notice and draft performance work statement for the Air National Guard (ANG) F-16 Weapons System Simulator Training (WSST) contract. Interested parties are requested to submit capability packages by December 23, 2020 describing their experience and qualifications to provide WSST services at Joint Base San Antonio and Morris Air National Guard Base. Services include providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, and materials to support F-16 aircrew training for the U.S. Air Force, Air National Guard, and foreign military sales customers. The current incumbent will phase out support over a potential one-month transition period. The National Guard Bureau seeks information to determine the availability of qualified small business sources to potentially set aside this requirement. The final performance work statement will be released with the solicitation at a later date.
