Q-1: In reference to National Guard Bureau, Architect and Engineering Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract for Horizontal Projects for Regions 1, 2 and 3, who is the current incumbent for those three projects?
A-1: There is no incumbent for these projects, this is a new requirement.
Q-2: Can you confirm that a cover page would or would not count towards the 5-page maximum?
A-2: As provided in the Sources Sought:
”This notification, shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include:
(1) Positive statement of intent to propose as a prime contractor.
(2) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership (small business, Hubzone, large, etc.) for the organization. Please also verify current SAM registration and include DUNS number and Cage Code.
(3) A listing of projects completed during the past six years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and point of contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor.
(4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract.
Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements.
If any of the above requested information is included on the cover page, it will be counted as part of the 5-page maximum. If it is only a cover page to list the title of the Sources Sought, reference number, and to whom it is addressed to, it will be considered a cover page only and not counted.
Q-3: May we include projects from our proposed teaming partners or must these only be for the Prime?
A-3: Yes, you may include any project that demonstrates the capabilities of the personnel that would be used to accomplish our work.

Q-4: Are you looking for an SBE to prime this project or would it still be considered an SBE application if we were to sub?
A-4: This is a Sources Sought to determine what size businesses are interested in this project. If you are a large business, proposing as the Prime, you will only be considered as a large business.
Your business size is not determined by the size of the subcontractors used.
