Amendment 0002 to Solicitation W912WJ26QA141

This is an amendment to a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers supply solicitation for cobblestone curbing and molded plastic lumber at Buffumville Lake Dam in Charlton, Massachusetts. The amendment extends the response due date from August 7, 2026 to August 10, 2026, with closing at 2:00 PM Eastern time. The requisition number is W912WJ26QA1410002, issued by the W92D ENDIST New England KO Contracting Division. The amendment modifies the molded plastic lumber dimension specification to accept 7.4" x 7.4" x 8' in addition to the primary specification of 8" x 8" x 8', clarifying that 7.5" x 7.5" dimensions are also acceptable.

The supply requirement calls for delivery and unloading of 440 sections of 4" x 8" x 48" cobblestone curbing (new and unused, earthy tones, weathered appearance, surface-cut with irregular shapes, free of defects) and 65 sections of 8" x 8" x 8' molded plastic lumber (brown color, 100% recycled high-density polyethylene with fiberglass reinforcement and UV stabilizer, structural grade, new and unused, free of defects). All materials must be delivered and unloaded to Buffumville Lake Park parking lot at 229 Oxford Road, Charlton, MA 01507 within 120 days of contract award during weekday hours (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM), with coordination through the Technical Point of Contact. The contractor is responsible for obtaining necessary permits and complying with EM 385-1-1 safety requirements and applicable OSHA and federal regulations. Payment is made for actual materials delivered at applicable contract unit prices via invoice. Vendors must complete the mandatory solicitation survey and review the addendum to evaluation criteria; failure to comply may result in non-responsive quotes.
