About this file

This is Standard Form 30 Amendment 0002 to solicitation W912WJ26QA135, issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District on July 23, 2026. The amendment is not extending the solicitation closing date, which remains July 27, 2026 at 2:00 PM Eastern. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the solicitation closing time using one of three methods: completing items 8 and 15 and returning copies of the amendment, acknowledging receipt on each copy of the offer submitted, or submitting a separate letter or electronic communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers. Failure to acknowledge receipt may result in rejection of the offer.

The amendment addresses five industry questions and responses regarding Performance Work Statement requirements for vegetation and debris management at two project locations—Littleville Lake Project Office and Knightville Dam Project Office. Key responses clarify that the second site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 9:30 AM Eastern; all woody debris, including wood chips, must be removed off-site and cannot be broadcast or burned on-site regardless of local burn limits; contractors have flexibility in equipment selection for cutting vegetation but must adhere to debris removal requirements; and all other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
