About this file

This is Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W912WJ26QA132, issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (W2SD ENDIST NEW ENGLAND, Concord, Massachusetts) on July 24, 2026. The amendment extends the solicitation closing date to July 28, 2026 at 5:00 PM Eastern and is not extended beyond that time. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the closing deadline through one of three methods: completing items 8 and 15 and returning copies of the amendment, acknowledging receipt on each copy of the offer submitted, or submitting a separate letter or electronic communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers. Failure to acknowledge receipt by the specified deadline may result in rejection of the offer.

The amendment adds two substantive sections to the solicitation. Section A includes a Site Visit Attendee List identifying eight attendees from organizations including U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Cassidy Bros. Forge Inc., Neri Construction, Great Oak Services, Demers Landscaping and Excavating, All Steel Fab/Veren Industries, Brodeur-Campbell Fence, and Hastie Fence. A Request for Information section addresses three contractor questions regarding gate removal and disposal procedures: concrete footings must be removed completely with new gates installed in the same location; old gates and concrete must be moved to a storage area at Tully Lake spillway field per coordination with the Technical Point of Contact; and contractors may cut gate arms free from hinge posts during removal operations. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.
