The contract covers grounds maintenance services from award through December 31, 2026, with two optional one-year extensions available (January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027, and January 1, 2028 through October 31, 2028). Services include spring and fall cleanups, aeration, mulching, picnic table placement and maintenance, fine and rough mowing, trimming, and site maintenance across two service areas totaling approximately 8.7 acres.
