About this file

This document is an Amendment (0001) to a Solicitation (W912WJ25RA003) for A/E Geotechnical Engineering and Related Services. The amendment addresses two key clarifications from potential offerors. First, the document confirms that projects completed within the last 7 years will receive greater consideration, while projects over 7 years old will receive less consideration when evaluating proposals. Second, the page limit for the SF 330, Part I submission has been increased from 40 to 45 pages to allow respondents more space to demonstrate expertise across Sections E and H. The solicitation is for architectural-engineering services primarily covering the New England District boundaries (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island), issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers North Atlantic Division.

Amendment 0001

QUESTION 1: Page 3 of the solicitation states “Projects in which the firm’s primary work was completed within the last 7 years will be given greater consideration and those projects in which the firm’s primary work has not yet been completed will be given less consideration.” Can you provide clarification on how projects that have been completed over 7 years ago will be weighed or considered?

RESPONSE 1: Projects over seven years will receive less consideration. Higher consideration will be given to projects completed within the last seven years.

QUESTION 2: Page 8 of the solicitation states “The SF 330, Part I, shall have a page limit of 40 pages. 11” x 17” (single side) pages may be used to provide graphical information or images that do not fit well on an 8 ½” x 11” sheet will count as two pages. Front and back cover, the cover letter, section dividers and past performance questionnaires or CPARS reports do not count toward the page limit.” Considering the number of roles and areas of expertise described in the solicitation, as well as the number of resumes requested, would you consider extending the page limit by 10 pages? This would allow respondents to more thoroughly show expertise throughout Sections E and H.

RESPONSE 2: Page count is increased from 40 pages to 45 pages.
