About this file
This is Amendment 0002 to Solicitation W912WJ25Q0006, issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District on November 26, 2024. The amendment provides responses to 11 contractor questions regarding the janitorial services solicitation for West Hill Dam in Uxbridge, MA.
Key clarifications include: the Government (not contractor) is responsible for bathroom supplies; cleaning must occur outside business hours of 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday-Friday; no security clearances or background checks are required; one key will be provided for building access; contractors must empty trash/recycling into on-site dumpsters; no special insurance or permits are needed; there is no incumbent contractor; and any additional services beyond the base requirements would require a separate Request for Proposal. The solicitation closing date remains December 3, 2024 at 2:00 PM Eastern. The amendment makes no other changes to the original solicitation terms and conditions.
