About this file
This is Amendment 0003 to solicitation W912WJ25Q0001, issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District, which extends the response deadline to December 20, 2024 at 2:00 PM Eastern and provides responses to contractor questions about the demolition project at Littleville Lake.
The amendment clarifies details about the 2,513 square foot building demolition site, confirming it has a slab foundation with no basement and providing guidance on scheduling site visits through Park Ranger Joe Simonowicz while the TPOC is unavailable until December 16. Key responses indicate that the exact square footage of asbestos tile is unknown, depth of water and sewer lines is unknown, and no bid bond is required. The amendment also corrects the Contract Specialist's email address in the Instructions to Vendors and updates the contact information for scheduling site visits. The original scope remains unchanged, involving demolition of a partially demolished building, removal of asbestos-containing floor tiles, testing and potential removal of approximately 300 feet of water line and 100 feet of sewer line depending on test results for lead and asbestos content.
