Work shall not proceed on a phase of work until the AHAs have been accepted by the Technical Point of Contact. A preparatory meeting shall be conducted by the prime contractor to discuss the AHAs contents with all effected onsite employees. The AHA shall be continuously reviewed and revised to address changing site conditions as appropriate.
