ANSWER 2: All portable toilets need to be removed during the dates between the off-season and in-season schedules.

QUESTION 3: Is there an incumbent?

QUESTION 4: We use handicapped-accessible portable toilets, not ADA units, are these acceptable?

ANSWER 4: ADA units are required as outlined in the PWS.

QUESTION 5: The requirements state that each cleaning of the toilets has to be recorded on an affixed record inside the toilet, can we use an app that will log the date, time, and a picture of each service?

ANSWER 5: The physical log needs to be recorded within each toilet, however, if a contractor would like to use an app in addition to the physical log that is acceptable.

QUESTION 6: Does the waterless hand-sanitizer dispenser need to be replenished each time the unit is serviced?

ANSWER 6: The dispenser needs to be replenished to ensure that it is not likely the sanitizer would run out before the next service date. The frequency will vary.
