Not trying to be difficult but I think we are slicing the bologna way to thin asking for this amount of detailed information that should otherwise be left to the contractor to provide when describing their NEPA experience. If all the offereors fill this out they are all going to look the same leaving little room to ifferentiate one contractors capabilites over another. Presenting this information in a matrix of thier own making speaks t thier abiltiy to present complex information in a clear and understandible format.

Should we have an acronym list?

Good idea. Was this a Military Project (e.g. military construction or master plan) Date of FONSI or ROD, or last NEPA document For EISs, Number of Staff from the team listed in the published List of Preparers tc={F2285E40-6A47-4E7E-BD2B-3E6ED38BE1FD}: [Threaded comment]

Prime or propsed team? It would seem valuable to know since the prime is responsible for the deliverable and is the POC even though the l;ions share of the work may done by the sub.Upland Forest, Grassland, ShrubEstuary/MarineFreshwater WetlandSalt MarshRivers/StreamsEelgrassDisciplines Provided by the Offeror's Team (from list provided)Number of EIS Scoping Meetings Led by the Offeror's TeamNumber of Public Meetings Led by the TeamFor EISs, Number of Public Comments Received (>100, <100, <50)Ecological Model Applied? Identify thier affiliation Prime or Sub. and thier role in the contract. Just because they are on the list doesn;t mean the will be working on task orders.
