About this file

This amendment to a federal contract modification provides responses to two questions from offerors. It clarifies that the safety and health officer and quality control system manager cannot be the same individual on this project. It also requires offerors to use the dredge positioning system specified in the solicitation rather than alternative cable marking methods.

The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District to perform maintenance dredging of the Rye Harbor Federal Navigation Project in Rye, New Hampshire. This set-aside procurement requires offerors to access the full solicitation from beta.SAM.gov. The bid submission deadline is 1:00 PM EST on the date specified in the solicitation, with bid opening at 2:00 PM EST. The description identifies the scope of dredging work at Rye Harbor but provides no further details on requirements, pricing, or terms.
