Work shall not proceed on a phase of work until the AHAs have been accepted by the GDA. A preparatory meeting shall be conducted by the prime contractor to discuss the Modified AHA’s contents with all effected onsite employees. The Modified AHA shall be continuously reviewed and revised to address changing site conditions as appropriate. The AHA’s shall interface with the Contractor's overall safety and health program.

13. Security The contractor will comply with all established security policies at Ball Mountain Lake.
Due to periods of heightened security that may affect the access to the areas covered under this contract, areas may be subject to periodic closures, which in turn may reduce or inhibit the Contractor’s ability to access certain areas. During periods of heightened security, the Government reserves the right, at any time, to close any property or portion of property and reschedule and/or cancel any subsequent service in an area. The Contractor shall be given at least 24 hour notice of any such closure.
14. Flooding
During extended periods of heavy rain, various parks and areas are subject to flooding due to increased river levels, which in turn may reduce service areas or cancel service in an impacted area. During such periods of flooding, the Government reserves the right to request a modified per-service price for cleaning services in specified project areas in lieu of the cleaning bid price listed in the bidding schedule. The per-service price shall be negotiated between the Contractor and the Contracting Officer. After the flood conditions have ceased, the Contractor shall resume normal contract requirements.
