_7_ PROVIDE A STATEMENT OF ACT_dWWFyKo3zgQ-e71MSrA2mA: The USPFO for NH will post an RFQ on CHESS for not less than fifteen (15) days where all qualified potential ITES-3H contract holders may submit offers. The requirement shall be set-aside for small businesses (IAW FAR 19.6) and as a brand-name only requirement (IAW FAR 16.505(a)(4)(i) Items Peculiar to One Manufacturer). There will be no limitations on competition otherwise. Award will be made to the offeror who submits the lowest-priced quote, that is technically acceptable, while demonstrating successful past performance.
_5_ PROVIDE A STATEMENT OF ACT_xMsHeIbKfGYdZx*NQZBzkg: In accordance with (IAW) AFARS 5139.101-90(b)(1) the Army's CHESS program is the mandatory source for the purchase of commercial IT supplies.
_4_ UNIQUE CHARACTERISTICS THA_fxPS18NzthbsRqqrY5h47Q: Selecting a brand other than Cisco would result in a cost of roughly $350k to replace current infrastructure at the ECTC, an additional $250k to rebuild the architecture to maintain door badge integrity across the state of NH, roughly $60k to replace the current VOIP phones employed in the state to maintain communications, and have overall effects on the mil and commercial networks. Furthermore, require purchasing new infrastructure, training current personnel, and hiring additional personnel to manage this equipment software. The entirety of the ARNG’s network system runs off Cisco switches and products; roughly 200 phones, 100 switches, and the Wireless call manager. Attempting to operate any other brand name system while connected to the Cisco products currently employed would result in a lack of communicability and the inability to operate.
