1. Just to confirm—there are several rooms that list VTC. Is this part of this contract, or is it provide capability for future add-on?

1a: There is potential to add VTC in the future.

2. Hooksett room 124 lists 55” TV “and Projector.” Is the projector a typo that should be removed?

2a: no projectors

3. For the conference rooms, with conference tables (Hooksett 126, Concord L-105, Concord A-107, and are there any in Rochester) will a 4’ Cable Floor Track be adequate to take the input cables to the table?

3a: “common IT” room is the conference room for Rochester. Yes 4’ cable floor track would be appropriate.

4. How many and which types of inputs are required for each room?

4a: 2xHDMI, CAT6, 1xVGA

5. Can cables be run above drop ceilings?

5a: Yes

6. Can Cables be run above the specialized ceiling in Concord Conference Room L-105?

6a: Yes

7. In looking at the Bill of Materials spreadsheet, the numbers of TV’s in the individual room tabs does not seem to match up with the Products summary tab. It seems that there are a lot more multi-TV rooms—please clarify.

8. Are all instances of 4- TV’s, and Quad TV’s assumed to be a 2x2 grid formation?

8a: Yes

9. In the Concord Bill of Materials there’s a line item that says “AV,” what is that line intended for?

9a: future connection of devises.

10. The Rochester Bill of Materials lists “speaker system,” is the intention to have wall speakers or ceiling speakers? If ceiling speakers, then how many? (or room dimensions and ceiling height and ceiling type). This would also require an amplifier.

10a: there are not speaker systems.

11. Would a sound system be required for any of the other rooms?

11a: No

12. how much cable needs to be coiled in the conference rooms to be run into the conference table?

12a: plan for no bigger than 12 feet for quote. Winning offeror can measure for appropriate length.

13. How MISC items 13a: Quote MISC items for each devise. The intent is to have faceplate behind TV and cable run to a “female” box below the TV. Standard 55” TV will have no other application, while the UHF-E Series TV will have wires from this point run under the 4’ wire management system to coil under the conference table.
