Due to the requirement to pay employees in an on call status, this requirement significantly increases the costs of the services. Please confirm that the on-call requirement is correctly stated.
A53: We want the contractor to be prepared for situations when they will need to be available on-call to respond to emergency situations. However, there is not a requirement that the contractor is always on-call available 24/7. These situations will be clearly communicated to the contracted person to ensure we have adequate staff coverage to respond.
Q54: PWS 1.4.12 Contractor Travel has a ceiling amount of $1,500.00 for anticipate travel.
Should this amount be added as a separate CLIN in the pricing?
A54: Pricing will be captured in the base CLINs on the award, but should be annotated on offers for evaluation purposes.
Q55: PWS 1.4.7 states that the contractor must provide an employee resume; Technical Exhibit 2 states that the contractor resume must be provided no later than 10 days before the start of the period of performance. Is a candidate resume required for proposal submission?
