Q: We would like to know if this is a brand-new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services.
If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?
A: This is not a new contract. Current contract number is W912SV-19-P-0022 and the incumbent is OCCU-MED, LTD.
Q: For the audiology service, I understand that the audiometer will be provided, but will the sound booth also be provided? Will the audiologist need to transport the audiometer or sound booth to various locations? Will the employees who need evaluations be at the same location?
A: To clarify, no government equipment will be provided (including audiometer). We expect the clinic sites to be able to perform all exam screenings etc. (to include audiogram) at their local site.
