About this file
This combined synopsis/solicitation from the Department of the Army National Guard seeks quotes from small businesses to establish multiple blanket purchase agreements (BPAs) for portable chemical latrines and hand washing stations. The BPAs would have a maximum total value of $1,000,000 combined and be in effect from April 2024 through March 2029. Interested vendors should provide a capability statement, current price lists for the required products, and a statement specifying preferred service locations by the response deadline of [DATE]. Quotes will be evaluated based on price, and the Army National Guard intends to award approximately three BPAs without discussions. Calls against the BPAs will be competed among BPA holders through requests for quotes by oral or email solicitation.
