About this file

This document is an Amendment 0001 to a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers National Roofing Program (NRP), specifically covering roof replacement projects at three Army Reserve locations in Pennsylvania: PA060 in Lock Haven, PA176 in Danville, and one other location. The amendment includes updated wage determinations, changes to the proposal due date (now 15 August 2025 at 2:00 PM ET), and detailed specifications for roof replacement work.

The scope of work requires design-build contractors to replace existing roof systems using modified bitumen and shingle roofing. For PA060, this involves replacing 5,798 SF and 1,050 SF of EPDM roofing with modified bitumen systems. For PA176, the project covers roof replacements on the Training Center (60,545 SF of shingle, 1,681 SF of EPDM) and Vehicle Maintenance Facility (10,601 SF and 1,371 SF of shingle). Additional requirements include installing roof access ladders, splash blocks, removing 2-8 inches of existing insulation, and addressing any necessary deck repairs. The contractors must comply with UFC 3-110-03 Roofing standards and have a Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) with at least 10 years of roof repair experience.
