About this file
This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act (SCA) issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division. The wage determination (No. 2015-4719, Revision 31, effective 12/03/2025) applies to service contracts in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio, covering specific counties in each state: Dearborn and Ohio counties in Indiana; Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, and Pendleton counties in Kentucky; and Brown, Butler, Clermont, Hamilton, and Warren counties in Ohio.
The determination establishes prevailing wage rates for 99 occupational classifications ranging from Administrative Support and Clerical Occupations (with rates from $15.98 to $31.80 per hour) through Transportation/Mobile Equipment Operation Occupations (with rates from $14.26 to $36.90 per hour). All listed occupations receive fringe benefits including Health & Welfare at $5.55 per hour (or $222.00 weekly/$962.00 monthly), vacation accrual beginning at two weeks after one year of service, and a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. Special provisions apply to Computer Employees (Footnote 1), Air Traffic Controllers and Weather Observers (Footnote 2 regarding night pay and Sunday premiums), and certain hazardous duty positions with 4 percent or 8 percent pay differentials. The determination also specifies uniform allowance requirements, Executive Order requirements for paid sick leave (EO 13706) and minimum wage requirements (EO 13658 at $13.30 per hour), and a conformance process for unlisted occupational classifications using SF-1444 forms.
