Market Research is a continuous process throughout the project life cycle, and we want to track unusual factors that are impacting the Homestead area.

Potential offerors, we would like to know unique challenges for this project.

Examples:

Low subcontractor interest (any specific reasons) Above average sub pricing on specific disciplines (asphalt, paving etc.)

8(a) Sole Source procurement in Dec. 2025

New market factors have led to a competitive procurement.

Previously awarded in FY22

Design change led to termination

BAK 12/14 systems are already purchased and stored on site
