About this file

This PowerPoint presentation documents an Industry Day for a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Louisville District) construction project at Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Albany, Georgia. The procurement is an unrestricted, Design-Bid-Build construction solicitation (W912QR25RA036) for a 33,000 sq ft Army Reserve Center, 12,600 sq ft Vehicle Maintenance Shop, and 1,200 sq ft Unheated Storage Building. The project will use a "Best Value Trade-off" source selection method with four evaluation factors: past performance, management plan, schedule narrative, and small business participation plan.

Key project milestones include an advertisement period from mid-June to mid-July 2025, source selection evaluation in late July to early August, potential discussions in mid-August, contract award in September 2025, administrative notice to proceed in October 2025, and construction completion by February 11, 2028. Prospective bidders must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and will submit proposals electronically through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). The total project duration is estimated at 850 days, with an anticipated execution value of approximately $1 billion across small and large businesses in fiscal year 2025.
