About this file
This Industry Day presentation outlines several upcoming Army Reserve and Energy Resiliency Conservation Investment Program construction projects in Puerto Rico to be awarded through full and open competitive procurements. Opportunities include a new Army Reserve Center and Advanced Skills Training Barracks at Fort Buchanan, as well as microgrid and backup power systems at Ramey Army Reserve Center, LTC H.G. Pesquera Army Reserve Center, and Fort Buchanan. The Louisville District Corps of Engineers will issue solicitations between November 2023 and June 2024, with evaluations occurring 30 to 90 days post-close and awards projected 60 to 120 days thereafter. Offerors are advised to register in the System for Award Management and monitor that system for pre-solicitation notices and full solicitations. Best value determinations will evaluate past performance, technical merit, and price/subcontracting plans. Small business participation is an evaluated factor and subcontracting goals apply to large business offerors.
