6. The Government is requesting the Contractor Custom Broker to Pay for Entry and Exit Fees for the

Cortes. There are No Entry/Exit Fees for Trucks/Personnel entering the port at Puerto Cortez. The Entry and Exit Fees is for the United States Government Cargo Entering and Exiting the Host Nation Port. Since this cost is associated with United States Government Cargo, will the US Government be requesting a quote for this cost or is the US Government requesting the Contractor to pay for this cost associated with their cargo at No Cost to the US Government? If the Government Intent is Not for the Contractor to Pay for chargeable Services for the Government Cargo, should this cost be place under MISC Cost since NO CLIN has been established for Entry and Exit Fees for US Government Equipment?

8. Under Paragraph 5.2.2.9 states: Fumigation is a cost associated with Agriculture Services at Puerto Cortes for equipment to be treated/sprayed which is owned by the Customer. Is it the US Government Intent to request these chargeable services to be Free of Charge and if so, can the US Government state At No Cost the US Government? This cost is not associated with a Cost CLIN in the prices excel spread sheet, but is a cost associated with the Cargo Redeployment Services at Puerto Cortes.
