About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for solicitation W912QG26QA004, addressing two specific inquiries related to a catering contract. The first question concerns cybersecurity requirements, with the government clarifying that CMMC Level 1 or 2 is not required, but DFARS 252.204-7020 mandates a Basic (Contractor Self-Assessment) NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment. The second question seeks confirmation on meal quantities for specific dates at McEntire Joint National Guard Base (JNGB) and North Auxiliary Airfield, with the response indicating a split of approximately 120 soldiers at McEntire and 240 soldiers at North Auxiliary Airfield for dinners from 2/23/2026 through breakfast on 2/28/2026, with other meals consolidated to a single location as specified in the Catered Meal Feeding Schedule.

Questions Answers
1) We would like to confirm whether this solicitation includes any DFARS cybersecurity requirements and, if so, whether CMMC Level 1 or CMMC Level 2 compliance is required for this procurement.
ANSWER: CMMC Level 1 or 2 is not required. DFARS 252.204-7020 requires at least a Basic (Contractor Self-Assessment) NIST SP 800- 171 DoD Assessment.
2) On the feeding schedule can you please confirm numbers for me? For example, day #4 it states 351 breakfasts at McEntire JNGB & 361 Dinners at North Aux Airfield and McEntire JNGB. For the dinners, can you please confirm the number of meals at each location?
ANSWER: For Dinner 2/23/2026 through breakfast on 2/28/2026 we anticipate a split of approximately 120 Soldiers at McEntire and 240 Soldiers at North Auxiliary Airfield (i.e. 1/3 and 2/3 split). All other meals are to one location only as stated on the Catered Meal Feeding Schedule.
