W912QG-24-Q-0001 Questions & Answers

1. You only require one meeting space for this event- One general session set for 700- correct?

No Breakouts or childcare rooms required?

No office?

Yes, that is correct.

2. You noted you wanted this room set in theater- can we set it in rounds so that you can meet and eat in the same rooms?

Yes

3. For the lodging rooms- you require mostly doubles- correct?

Whatever is available so that the meeting space is within the same hotel

4. You only require breakfast vouchers for the overnight lodgers and NOT the rest of the attendees per section 3.10 - correct?

Yes

5. For AV- with a group this large- It seems you should require more than two screens in the General Session. For adequate viewing you should need at least 3 unless the screen is a large LED wall that is lifted.

Two screens are fine because the seating should be curved, so that everyone can see. The podium usually goes in the middle with the flags.
