Payment will be made within 30 days of invoice approval, with invoices submitted monthly to both the Santa Rosa Lake Project Office and USACE Finance Center. All work must comply with environmental regulations and utilize EPA-designated sustainable cleaning products. The contractor must submit a Quality Control Program and Accident Prevention Plan prior to performance and maintain daily activity logs and trash disposal receipts.
