1. GENERAL: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and services to provide the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District, Multi-Purpose Vessel (MPV) “Brandy Station” with rental services to provide a Variable Moment Vibratory Driver Extractor with all the required accessories listed below.

1.1. In the performance of this contract the Contractor shall comply with the following documents and any references proscribed in this contract.

2. SPECIFICATIONS: The Contractor shall provide the following equipment for rent to the MPV Brandy

Station for a period NTE (4) months. The Contractor shall also provide for the delivery and pickup (section 3) of all equipment and accessories, to include transportation for the replacement of any equipment that may breakdown or become damaged (NTE $25K) during operations.

The equipment listed below will be used for the following marine activities:

Pile Driving and Extraction (= < 14”) Sheet Pile Driving H-beam Driving and Extraction (14”)

If the exact specifications below cannot be met, then an equal or equivalent replacement shall be submitted for review with the bid.
