Reference subject request for quotation. This is to request the following clarifications:
1. Is the possess of certifications in accordance with Law 82/94 a mandatory requirement to submit a quote? As far as we know this is not required for the performance of the service. This assertion seems to be supported by some clarifications published by the Minister about the application of the law 82/94 (es.
Risoluzione del Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico del 3 dicembre 2007, Prot.
10983).
2. Can the possess of the “certificate” category “A” and “B” be included among the works requiring particular specializations, as indicated at the second paragraph of point 1.5.3 of the Performance Work Statement?

4. In the “Attachment #4 Enclosure FAN COILS & SPLITS List up to May 2019”.
There are two columns of the splits and two columns of the fan coils located inside the installation. The columns of the fan coils show two different totals: 793 and 740.
The columns of the splits show the totals of 338 and 325. Which are the correct numbers?
5. In the “Attachment #4 Enclosure FAN COILS & SPLITS List up to May 2019” the measures of the filters are indicated but not their thickness. In order to submit a correct quote for their replacement during the semi-annual maintenance, could you provide us with the thickness of the filters?
Answer:
1. See paragraph 4.1 of the Revised Performance Work Statement
2. Yes. See paragraph 4.1 of the Revised Performance Work Statement
3. No. See paragraph 4.1 of the Revised Performance Work Statement
4. See Attachment #4 Enclosure FAN COILS & SPLITS List Up to July 2019.
