Summary of Infrastructure Design Documentation

This document is a set of design and construction plans for the Department of the Army at US Garrison Bavaria, specifically for the installation of infantry moving targets at Range 206, Grafenwoehr Training Area in Austria. Project No. TI-00846-4P encompasses the design of a complete firing range facility with multiple interconnected systems to support military training operations.

The technical specifications include layout plans for infantry moving target emplacement with personnel shelters containing L-shaped concrete elements and protective features. The designs incorporate prefabricated concrete elements, detailed section drawings for target placement configurations across multiple lanes (Lanes 1-5), and comprehensive schematics for both electrical and data infrastructure. The electrical systems include low voltage cabling distribution up to 600 meters with specified junction points and main distribution centers. Data cabling infrastructure is designed with comparable 600-meter distribution capabilities using an empty conduit system for fiber optic installation. Additional systems include grounding schematics, cable trenches, service road sections with specific load-bearing requirements, and detail specifications for protective timber elements and concrete protection walls. The facility layout demonstrates a linear arrangement of approximately 13 target positions spaced along the range with integrated personnel cover positions and associated infrastructure for a fully functional training range complex. The design documentation appears complete with architectural, structural, electrical, and data system specifications required for construction and implementation.
