1 Introduction

This Technical Guideline (TR) describes the requirements for a modularly Baute system. It consists of the assemblies protective helmet, headphone / headset and breathing mask (overall system safety helmet).

About the equipment of the protective helmet with individual system components such as listening / headset or respirator, the respective client decides. The overall system safety helmet is not subject to Directive

89/686 / EEC of Ra tes of 21 December 1989 to approximate the laws of the Member States relating to personal protective equipment.

Helmet, listening / headset and respirator filters must satisfy the minimum requirements described for these modules. The Schutzeigen- companies must be met regardless of external conditions, insbesonde- re humidity or temperature may not put much downgrades the protective effect. Improve safety standards in the course of the constructive and technical development is desirable. However, it should be noted that this use of the ability of the carrier does not restrict disproportionate.

Basis for procurement are usually technical delivery or service specifications that are created by each customer and made part of the supply contract. These can on the questions raised in the Technical

Directive technical requirements, other demands such. B. are also placed on the quality assurance and final testing.

2 use

Helmet, listening / headset and respirator be kept for special political zeiliche occasions. The individual components have to be designed so that they can be together with full functionality of the individual system components, but also individually, worn and thereby interfere with the freedom of movement of the wearer only slightly.

3 application of the TR

To participate in the award of authorities of the federal and state governments must be demonstrated (see

Fig. No. 6 in this section) that the requirements these technical terms of the Directive are met.

4 qualification want to make a company that a modular sys- tem for the area of the German Police consisting of protective helmet, headphone / headset and respirator with FIL ter, or produces only individual components of the system, needs for manufacturing a quality assurance system in production and assembly after

The badge may be either beige provides or by the client as a self-adhesive film obtained by the manufacturer or be made as pad printing. On the back of the helmet mounting tactical character must be possible. The protective properties as well as the permanent sulfuric re flammability may not be affected.

The Aufbrin- supply of a substance to be completed after 90 seconds. Immediately afterwards by the probe containing the sample in a different absorber is to provide, and apply the next substance after 30 seconds.

The unexpired substance residues remain at a room temperature of 20 ° C for a further 4 hours on the test pattern.

Following the test specimen is rinsed with water and has a visual and be made functional test.
