About this file

This document provides a brand name justification for a leadership development program contract opportunity with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District. The contract requires personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision and non-personal services to perform development and administration of a Leadership Development Program. The brand name justification cites FAR 13.501(a)(2) and specifies that the Gallup StrengthFinders and Myers Briggs assessments are essential to meeting requirements for future leadership development within the USACE and Army.
