Questions to Industry:

Please submit the answers to the below questions by 10:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST) on 6 January 2020.

1. Are there any concerns with performing at least 50% of the work in accordance with the requirements set forth in 13 CFR 125.6 and FAR 52.219-14 for all potential work both within the United States and the United States territories? If not, what issues do you foresee?

2. Are there any concerns with performing at least 50% of the work in accordance with the requirements set forth in 13 CFR 125.6 and FAR 52.219-14 if the work is regionalized? If not, what issues do you foresee?

3. In order to do the 50% of the work, is a joint venture or a teaming arrangement necessary?

4. Please review the entire DRAFT solicitation and provide your questions or concerns by 10:00 AM (CST) on January 6th, 2020.
