Questions and Answers

Question- I was hoping to get some clarification on the subject Sources Sought Notice.

In the submission instructions, a request is made for Qualifications including a Company safe practices manual, Sample dive operations plan and diving qualifications.

It is also stated that interested firms submit a capability and experience response that shouldn’t exceed 10 pages.

The qualification files are large files and would exceed the 10 page limitation.

We just wanted to be sure that the Capability and Experience 10 page document was just a summary of the our companies qualifications and past experience describing how we meet the solicitation requirements, and that the qualification documentation could be sent as appendices to this document

Answer- It appears that the vendor’s last sentence is correct. The capability statement is just a summary of their company. Once we have a formal list of approved vendors then we will expand on the required items. 10 pages should be more than enough for the vendor to provide their capabilities.

File details come from the government source that posted it.
